I grew up in Northeast Philadelphia and there was a blue fellow who used to ride the 66 bus, then the El and get off at 13th Street and walk to Sansom St. then go in a building. no pot of gold.
Would people with this type condition be able receive social services? It's hard enough trying to fit in as people of color already know... To be a different shade of human in this form I would imagine to be a social hardship.
